How We Work
Effective couples therapy starts with a strong foundation—and that begins with both partners showing up.

1. Start with a 20-minute consultation
We require both partners to attend a brief consultation call. This allows us to ensure a good fit between your needs and our therapeutic approach. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for how we work.

2. Structured, research-based therapy
We follow a focused process designed to create lasting change—not a quick fix. Most couples begin to see meaningful shifts within 8–12 sessions, starting weekly and then tapering to biweekly or monthly as progress continues. But real transformation takes time. Like physical rehab, emotional healing and new relationship patterns require consistency and commitment. We ask our couples to trust the process, knowing it often takes three months or more to truly rebuild connection and establish new, healthier dynamics.

3. An investment that matters
Couples often wait six years before seeking help—but early support can make all the difference. If your relationship matters to you, don’t wait until it’s falling apart. Therapy is a significant investment—but one that protects and renews the most important bond in your life.
