Hi I’m Hannah! I am here to help you through challenging experiences to live more fully.
Taking the first step to seek support is often the hardest. Navigating life’s toughest challenges can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to face them alone. Perhaps you’re grappling with difficult life changes, strained relationships, career stress, or healing from past trauma. You’re here because you’re seeking support, and I’m ready to help you process these experiences to live more fully.
In our sessions, you’ll discover a compassionate, trauma-informed environment where you can freely feel, heal, and be heard without judgment. My approach centers on collaborating with you to navigate challenging circumstances, honoring your unique experiences and recognizing your inherent strengths. This process is about gently guiding you toward finding joy and meaning in your life.
I am called to do this work in memory of my beloved friends, Ivan and Brody.
I earned my Bachelors of Psychology from Barret, the Honors College at ASU and completed my Masters in Social Work Summa Cum Laude from ASU in 2023. My specialized training includes a Domestic Violence certificate, a certification in Compassionate Bereavement Care (CBC), and additional expertise in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
