As an asexual, homoromantic person on the autism spectrum, I understand how isolating it can be to feel out of sync with a world that wasn’t built for you. I used to crave connection but had no idea how to get it. Sensory overload, social confusion, and fear of rejection made everyday interactions exhausting. Making friends felt like trying to fight a dragon with a spork—totally unequipped.
But things changed once I had the right tools. I learned how to approach people with confidence, repair relationships without self-erasing, and trust that I could be fully myself and still be deeply connected. I now help other neurodivergent and queer adults build the relationship skills they never got to learn—without having to mask, overextend themselves, or hustle for belonging.
I draw from Co-Active Coaching, CliftonStrengths, and Human Design to help you understand your natural ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. Whether you’re navigating friendship, identity, boundaries, or burnout, I support you in building sustainable skills that actually work with your neurotype.
As a queer, autistic person myself, I bring lived experience and a trauma-aware lens to everything I do. My goal isn’t to make you more “social”—it’s to help you feel more at home in your relationships, your body, and your self.
